This
outstanding warranty can only be offered to those who provide their
pet with only one tablet of life enhancing NuVet Plus supplement per
day and one tablet of NuJoint Plus supplement on occasion ensuring the best
possible forming of joints throughout the critical puppy growth
stage and continued protection throughout his or her adult stages.
Additionally
the puppy or dog must be fed a good quality dog food, do not be
fooled by labels such as Iams or science diet, those are not good
foods. All foods must
have meat as the very first ingredient like Lamb or
chicken etc, not byproducts. preferably no corn, no wheat, these can
cause allergies. See website under "Food" for
suggestions.
You must save every receipt as proof that a
proper diet was provided to your dog and you must provide copies of
every receipt if a problem should arise or the entirety of this
contract is void.
It is your full responsibility to educate yourself as to what
you are looking for that will show well. I will not guarantee any
puppy to become champion.
*I will guarantee bitches ability to get
pregnant and Studs to have active sperm. The inability must be proven before
you get a replacement, the same
goes for stud dogs as well. You must show proof that your dog or
bitch is free of STDs which cause sterility or death of sperm in the
stud. You
must show your dog is healthy and well cared for in order for this
warranty to be valid.
In the event a Puppy or Dog is determined
to have hip dysplasia or a genetic problem that makes this dog
unsuitable for breeding within the 3 year period, and
documented by PennHip or if foreign, other orthopedic establishment and in addition to your vets input then you may
receive a replacement from the next available litter free of charge less shipping
costs and expenses.
You may keep your other dog or bitch but I require that you transfer
the ownership papers back over to me plus spay or neuter him/her.
Keep all
vet records throughout the warranty period, they will be required if there is a claim.
Request that your vet document all vaccines on a
vaccine booklet, document clearly all procedures concerning your dog
and keep this in your puppy file. Your vet must be licensed and
located in well known telephone books to confirm legitimacy.
This
contract does not bind you to the 3 years. You may stop
supplementing at any time at which point the entirety of this
contract comes to an end.
